Heat up the oven to 400°F.
Use a large skillet to toast the flan for 5 minutes on each side, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the flans to a mixing bowl and mix well.
In a small bowl, stir together the butter and the flour.
Add the cornmeal, cinnamon, and salt and mix again.
Add in the water, baking powder, and baking soda.
Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet, filling it to the top and placing it in the oven for 20 minutes.
