By JOE BRIANBUNN, CNN.com”This turkey burger, it’s the best turkey burger I’ve ever had.”–Joe BryanThe iconic hamburger chain, which has long enjoyed a loyal following in America, is now turning its attention to a new generation of customers: millennials.
A new generation has taken to social media in search of new ways to indulge in a burger — including ice cream.
The chain, owned by Kraft, said in a statement Wednesday that it will launch its “Ice Cream Burger” with an ice cream flavor in the fall.
The flavor is named “Danish Ice Cream.”
Kraft has been experimenting with flavors for several years.
Last year, it announced that it was launching a flavor that it called “Dishwasher Burger,” which had the slogan “It’s made with ingredients from your fridge.”
In 2015, it launched “Ice Ice,” which was a frozen dessert made from ice cubes.
And in 2017, it unveiled a “Ice” burger, which is a burger topped with chocolate.
The brand has also released a line of ice cream flavors, which have included ice cream and ice cream ice cream, ice cream-covered chips, and ice-cream-filled cookies.
