Whisk in the dry ingredients until well combined.
In a small bowl, combine the pistachios and mix until combined.
Add the melted chocolate and mix.
Spoon into prepared baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
The chocolate may burn on the edges if baked too hot, but don’t worry, you’ll still have a good crunch.
