Author: Luca Di Marzo Ingredients 1 cup flour, plus more for dusting 1 cup milk, plus a splash to cover your dough 1 tsp.
salt, plus an extra splash to coat your dough 2 cups spaghetti squash, peeled and sliced 1 cup olive oil 2 cups water 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, or finely grated (or to taste) 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley, or more to taste, or to taste 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, or chopped fresh basil, plus some to taste (or about 1/3 cup fresh basil) Directions In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, salt, and olive oil.
Mix until smooth.
Add the pasta, and mix to coat, then add the Parmesan and parsley.
Mix well to coat.
Add water to make the sauce, then stir in the flour mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve hot, with Parmesan on the side, or plain. 3.5.3208
