Vegan and gluten-free recipe to make lemon bars and lemon butter.
These are very quick and easy to make, they are gluten- free and soy-free.
Ingredients for the recipe chicken favita recipe: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup coconut milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/8 tsp sea salt 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp coconut sugar 1/5 cup honey 1 tsp dried oregano (or more to taste) 1/10 cup fresh rosemary (or to taste)* Directions in the chicken fivita recipe ingredients: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and saute until soft.
Add in the lemon juice, lemon juice and salt.
Add chicken broth, coconut milk, maple syrup, sea salt, coconut sugar and coconut oil and stir.
Once the chicken broth starts to boil, add in the coconut milk and stir to combine.
Add more coconut oil if needed to the pan.
Once you are able to taste the chicken, add the rosemary and lemon juice mixture to the chicken mixture.
Add a few spoonfuls of the coconut sugar mixture.
Cover and cook for a few minutes until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken from the pan and stir in the rosemarias.
Serve with avocado, pineapple and/or avocado salad.
Recipe Notes *If you want to make coconut milk-free lemon bars, I recommend using 1/7 cup coconut oil.
You can also make coconut sugar-free and soy free lemon bars.
The recipe is also gluten- and soyfree.
